Chris Keating is EVP-Conferences at Informa Connect, managing approximately 40 events across the restaurant, convenience, and non-commercial foodservice markets.
He was once selected by min magazine as Editor’s Choice for the Most Intriguing Person in B2B. He’s still not sure what that means but hopes it’s a compliment. In 2008, he was a contestant on ‘Who Wants to Be a Millionaire’, where he used all his lifelines on one food question and walked away from another.
Chris graduated from Fairfield University, and lives in Rockland County, NY, where he bores his family with stories from his vast collection of history books.

Jim Bitticks is the President and Chief Operating Officer for Dave’s Hot Chicken. He oversees the day-to-day operation of the company with direct oversight over operations, training, procurement, construction, and technology. Jim joined the Dave’s team when there were just four restaurants and has helped grow the brand to 150 locations across the U.S., Canada, and the Middle East.
Prior to his current role, Jim was the Chief Restaurant Officer and Executive Vice President of Operations, Training, and Construction for Blaze Pizza, and oversaw the successful growth of that brand from two restaurants to three hundred seventy-two restaurants before making the move to Dave’s.

One of my proudest achievements most recently has been to dramatically and rapidly expand market footprint for Blaze Pizza, LLC from one to 350 restaurants across US and five countries with $400M in annual revenue during seven-year tenure.

Leon’s journey in technology began in Theme Parks. It expanded to leadership roles in Quick Service, Fine Dining, Gaming, Nightlife, and Hotels, ultimately allowing him to take three companies from startup to global expansion.
As the CTO of Dave's Hot Chicken, he currently leads the development and execution of technology strategies to scale the company to maintain its title of Fastest Growing Chain in America and maintain the number one spot on Fast Casuals' top 100 movers and shakers list while implementing technology to remain relevant with Daves’ key demographic and the ever-evolving technology landscape.
