About This Session
Drawing on GlobalData’s Foodservice and Consumer Retail data and insights, this session will look at how and why convenience stores in SE Asia are moving into the QSR space. The data will draw from 10 years of consumer survey insights alongside analytics of the growth of convenience store outlets and sales for sweet and savoury snacks as well as drinks. Delegates will learn:
- Why convenience stores are particularly well placed in SE Asia to fill the snacking habits of local consumers
- How products adapt to the impulse or convenience store shopper requirements
- Which other trends are driving the snacking market in the region
