Asia's healthy ageing foodservice markets

Using GlobalData's 10-year archive of consumer survey data and its multiple innovation, trends and product tracking analytics, this presentation will look at how Asia's foodservice markets are adjusting to cope with its ageing populations.

Some of the trends that will be considered include:
• Healthy food and drink markets - the trend towards clean labels and natural products and ingredients
• Empowering consumers: some of the technology-enabled solutions that are helping older consumers to take control of their lives and wellbeing
• Demographic differences: how younger and older generations differ in their preferences and how Asia differs from Europe
